Karianne was absolutely amazing! This was my wife’s and I’s first time buying a home and working with a realtor and she made it extremely easy and understandable. Mrs. Williams showed great knowledge of the market and answered every question me and wife had throughout the whole process while being patient with us and understanding of the fact we were new to it all. She made sure all of the required paperwork and documents were done on time and stayed on-top of it all the whole time. I would definitely recommend Karianne to anyone who wants a realtor in the area, she was just absolutely awesome and I hope to work with her again in the future!

Karianne was the best realtor we had the pleasure to work with. We were going to buy a house coming from a different state and she was very honest with all the houses we saw and helped us see things we would of missed. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was able to answer questions we had about the neighborhoods and school districts. This was our first time buying a house so she was very helpful navigating this process. I'm very thankful we had the opportunity of working with her, she's a strong hard worker and I hope we can work with her again in the future.

Karianne was a wonderful agent,We were first time homebuyers and she was very patient with us and helped explain things for us along the was, and helped us have realistic goals and expectations based on her experience. She was knowledgeable with the VA loan process as well. She was always responsive to text or calls and was always warm and engaging. If you are in the area in the Wichita market I highly recommend her.

I cannot speak higher of Karianne! What an amazing realtor! I know I can be a little high maintenance when home buying and she truly met and exceeded every request I had. She willing drove to every house I wanted to look at, often on opposite sides of town. She shared her experience and wisdom in every decision I made and when a decision was made she put all her effort to accomplishing the goal. I know I am not her only client, but it certainly felt that way. Even when my wife and I decided that (after 2 months of searching) we needed to wait on home buying, Karianne STILL went above and beyond to help us, knowing at that point we were not buying! When we get back to the market to buy there will be no question as to who I will work with, Karianne!! Thank you so much for your dedication!

Karianne made our first-time home buying experience a dream. In addition to her responsiveness, exceptional knowledge of the local market and general real estate, Karianne was a true delight to work with and an advocate for the needs of our family throughout the buying process. On numerous occasions, Karianne met us for showings on short notice (noting the current status of the market which requires prompt action) and welcomed and entertained our two young children with kindness and patience so that we could spend adequate time examining properties. Karianne's supportive, reassuring, no-pressure approach was the perfect guide through what we feared would be a complicated and frustrating process. Karianne was amazing! She was able to sell my home within 30 days for my asking price. She also helped me find the perfect home. I looked for 9 months and put multiple bids in on homes that either weren't accepted, or that I chose to withdraw offers from. She was so patient and understanding, and her knowledge on the process, negotiation, contractors in the area and local market is exceptional. She was also very thorough in asking the questions she knew we would want answered when looking at homes. I definitely recommend her!

This was our first homebuying experience and Karriane made the process easy and enjoyable! She worked with us hand and hand on finding the perfect home for us and was always taking note of things we liked / disliked. Karianne was a superstar realtor. She had to work with 4 owners in getting signatures on documents in a timely manner. Karianne also went the extra mile in assisting with repairs which helped us to get top dollar for our parents home. Our house sold the first day on the market.
